LAKE RULES
General Rules

Shouting and loud behaviour are not tolerated on site. Guests will receive one warning before being asked to leave the site.

Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited on site.

No pets are allowed.

No guests or family members are allowed to visit you during your stay unless pre-authorised by management.

Smoking cigarettes or vaping inside your pod is prohibited.

Under no circumstances should any rubbish or used cigarettes be left around your pod. Please use the bins provided. When bins are full, use the WhatsApp service to request rubbish clearance.

No takeaways or outside food deliveries are to be ordered to the venue.

Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or drink on site for personal consumption. If a guest is found to have ignored this rule, a £25 corkage fee will be applied to their final bill.

Fires are only permitted in the fire pits provided. Fire packs are available for purchase on site. Guests are responsible for extinguishing their own fire when leaving it unattended for the evening.

In the event of a fire, please vacate the pod, leaving your belongings behind, and make your way to the assembly point in the car park.
Fishing Rules

All carp fishing guests must use bite alarms with a receiver at all times.

No fixed-lead rigs may be used.

Minimum 15lb line for carp angling. No braided main line.

Barbed/Micro barbed hooks ONLY; minimum hook size 8.

No leaders allowed (including leadcore or leadcore alternatives). You are permitted to use rig tubing ONLY.

You must NOT bring your own landing net, weigh sling, or cradle on site. We provide this equipment for you, and it must be used. These items are checked daily, and any damages will be charged to your security deposit.

No nuts allowed (nut-derived boilies/flavourings are acceptable).

No partical is permitted unless purchased on site.

No unattended rods. If you need to leave your rods, they must be reeled in and recast upon your return.

All fish caught must be retained carefully and treated with a Carp Care Kit. All anglers must have a Carp Care Kit in their possession.

Unhooking mats must be used for every fish. Always release fish back into the water in a retainer.

Do not carry fish over the decking in your hands or landing net. If you drop or damage a fish, you will be charged accordingly.

All anglers must be in possession of a valid EA Rod licence.
